Welcome
You may be thinking about making a change or simply wishing for more ease in your life. I work with people who feel stuck and are looking for support in navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, grief and loss, relationship struggles, and work/life balance.

I believe good therapy is more than just talking about problems. It’s a supportive process that helps you struggle less, discover new perspectives, and uncover strengths you may not have recognized in yourself. My role is to listen with care, offer insight, and walk alongside you as you take meaningful steps toward the life you want to create.

On your journey, we walk together toward strength, healing, and hope.
My approach integrates evidence-based methods such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I also incorporate somatic work to help regulate emotions and foster a deeper sense of balance in both body and mind. These tools allow me to tailor therapy to meet your unique needs and goals.

For couples, I use PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy). PACT helps couples move toward secure, emotionally connected relationships — where both partners feel seen, heard, and supported.

This approach combines the latest research from attachment theory, neuroscience, and arousal regulation — meaning we pay attention not just to what you say, but also to how your body and nervous system respond in moments of closeness, conflict, or stress.

In PACT sessions, you and your partner learn to:

-
Recognize patterns that pull you apart and understand what’s happening underneath them
-
Build safety and trust by responding to each other in real time
-
Repair disconnection quickly and return to feeling like a team
-
Strengthen your bond through empathy, curiosity, and emotional attunement

PACT is experiential — we focus on what happens between you right there in the room, rather than just talking about your relationship. The goal is to help you both feel more understood, attuned, and capable of supporting each other with care, even during hard moments.
